Our sole Dundee Hills site, and 100% Wadenswil clone. Most of this made it into The Knife Edge—our new top cuvée if you’re just joining us—but we bottled a bit on its own because it’s so damn delicious. Brambly, spicy nose (there’s a little whole cluster fermentation here), with a dense yet sleek texture and a very long finish. Sexy but balanced. Oh me, oh my I do love this wine!
